The Texas Lone Star CRS would like to invite you become an affiliate and get to know our members through your participation in our chapter events and programs where your company will be spotlighted.

 

The CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) is a designation granted by The Council of Residential Specialists, the largest organization under the National Association of REALTORS.   CRS’s benefit from their membership through the referral network that crosses all relocation companies and brokerages.  CRS Designees must meet strict guidelines regarding their experience, dollar volume, number of transactions, and education.  The profile of the CRS Designee is as follows:

• Earns an average income of nearly FOUR times that of the typical agent
• Completes 45 residential transactions per year – three times that of the typical agent
• Only four percent of all REALTORS® nationwide have the education and experience to be a CRS designee
• The same four percent account for 25 percent of residential transactions nationwide

When you become an Affiliate with the Texas Lone Star you will be associated with the TOP REALTORS® in the state and local area.  You will have the opportunity to meet, network, and establish relationships with these professionals.  The “Word of Mouth Appreciation” can be very valuable for your business.
